Phil & Fashion
Everyone has their own style but Phillip has his own look. This look usually starts with a pair of Chuck Taylors, works it’s way up to some blue jeans (w/ green belt), followed by a t-shirt (sometimes Weezer, other times Grover, other times something else entirely). There’s also an orange Florida Gators “belly” jersey that is known as an atrocity. It is not.
But my favorite item in Phil’s closet is a classic, button up, satin Chicago Bears jacket. This item is common in parts of late 80s/early 90s Illinois. What is uncommon though is how Phil came into possession of said jacket. Basically it belonged to a former student of Phil’s father and through some confluence of the school year ending, Phil somehow ended up with it.
At least that’s how I remember the story. It most likely looks better on him and brings more joy to those around him.
If you had to ask me to draw a picture of anyone, I would choose Phil because I know exactly what to draw. One day I will make this drawing. —John Mihaly
